Why Is My Hair Curly Underneath And Frizzy On Top

Why is the bottom layer of my hair so frizzy.

Why is my hair curly underneath and frizzy on top. It seems the only part that has abnormal more than normal frizz and not enough moisture is just the top layer of my hair. Maybe it s smooth on top and frazzled and frizz prone underneath. I don t have a blow dryer or straightener by the way combing it when it s drying doesn t really work. I think its about the drying time and also the humidity of my head.

It s not uncommon to see hair which is relatively straight on top but with strong kinks underneath or maybe an erratic and frizzy surface hiding much smoother hair underneath. Tis the season to shake things up. Maybe it has natural waves in one spot but tends to fall totally flat in others. Ive tried putting recoil on those parts to curl them up more but it doesnt do much for that part.

I think the moisture of my wet hair paired with the fact that it is so close to my face body heat makes a sort of humid hair climate so the parts of my ahir that are.
